Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Expect More Ag Network for your agricultural needs. Generally, we deliver your order to our closest Network Partner Location warehouse.  However, should you prefer to have your order shipped directly to your location, we can certainly accommodate that request.  (Note: We strive to ensure that your agriculture products arrive in the best condition and in a timely manner). Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our practices and your responsibilities as a customer.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom requests or truckload quantities may require additional processing time; you will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We work with several local LTL carriers including: XPO, Old Dominion, R+L Carriers, FedEx Freight
  • Free standard shipping is available for retail sales orders equal to or greater than $10,000.00. (Within portions of Southern Illinois).
  • Orders that do not meet the $10,000.00 Free Shipping threshold will incur a flat $350 Shipping Fee.

Delivery Time

  • In-Season Deliveries (APRIL – NOVEMBER).  We define In-season as early spring through late fall.  We understand the necessity to ship products in a timely manner.
    • We make every effort to expedite shipping for all in-stock and in-season products.  Should a product become unavailable we will notify you with an estimated time of delivery. 
    • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Out of Season Deliveries (DECEMBER THRU MARCH). We define out of season as winter through early spring.  Most of our chemical, nutritionals, biological, seed, chemical inventory is received during this time-frame. Out of Season orders will be shipped as follows:
    • Customer orders that are received will be staged and scheduled for shipping starting the end of February.
    • We will contact all customers prior to delivery to arrange an acceptable shipping date.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to counties within the state of Illinois.

Scheduling Your Shipment

  • Once your order is processed, we will reach out to you to schedule the delivery and provide a delivery window.
  • Note: Delivery drivers are not able to assist with unloading.  Customers are responsible for unloading items from the truck.
  • We also provide the delivery driver your phone number and request they contact you 60 minutes prior to delivering your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging your products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Note: Products that are damaged during shipment need to be communicated with the delivery driver and noted on the delivery receipt.
  • Should you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Return Policy

  • All Expect More Ag Network sales are final.  Refunds or exchanges will only be processed for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.  See our Return Policy for additional information.
