Refund Policy & Product Guarantee

All Expect More Ag Network sales are final.  Refunds or exchanges will only be processed for items that are damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the delivery driver must note on the delivery receipt the specific damage or incorrect product that was delivered in error.  The customer needs to contact the Expect More Ag Network within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Note: Delivery drivers do not unload items. Customers must unload their orders from the truck. Expect More Ag Network is not liable for any damage caused by customer negligence during unloading.  

Refunds
Refunds will only be processed on items damaged during transit or where the incorrect item was received. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Guarantees

The Expect More Ag Network does not guarantee product performance.  We do not provide resprays or participate in manufacturers rebates.  If product purchased through the Expect More Ag Network appears to be of poor quality, please contact customer service to document the issue.  We will evaluate the situation and potentially send a replacement product.
