What is the Expect More Ag Network?
The Expect More Ag Network connects growers with trusted local independent ag input businesses, supported by a competitive online network. It was built to combine the convenience of modern ecommerce with the value of local expertise and relationships.
The network was launched by Expect More Ag, Inc., a locally operated ag retail business based in Greenville, Illinois. We’ve been serving growers for over a decade and have seen firsthand how buying habits are changing across generations.
As the network grows, we partner with independent ag input businesses, called Partner Locations, who share our belief that local knowledge still matters. Together, we provide growers with a convenient online shopping experience, competitive pricing, and access to people who understand their local conditions and farming practices.
Why should I purchase inputs from the Expect More Ag Network?
The Expect More Ag Network was built to give growers a better way to buy crop inputs, one that combines convenience and competitive pricing with trusted local expertise.
Through our network of independent ag input businesses, called Partner Locations, growers can purchase seed, crop protection products, fertilizers, biologicals, and nutritionals online while still working with people who understand their local marketplace. You get the flexibility of online purchasing without giving up the value of local knowledge and relationships.
Unlike many online‑only suppliers, our Partner Locations are locally operated businesses with firsthand experience in the areas they serve. That local presence helps ensure you’re not just buying products, but working with people who understand your operation, your conditions, and what works best in your area.
How do I find out who is part of the Expect More Ag Network near me?
Based upon a customer’s geographical location, our closest Partner Location and their contact information will show up on our home page. For additional information about our closest Partner Location check out our “About” section on our website.
How do I set up an Expect More Ag Network user account?
Setting up an account with our network is easy. Simply click the “Login/Signup” tab and click on “New User” and complete the new user information. New users are required to provide contact information, pesticide applicators license, tax exemption status (IL ST-587) and shipping address.
What if I forget my password?
Go to the Login/Signup tab and click on “Forgot your password”. We will send an email to the email address on file with instructions on how to reset your password.
Can I check out as a “Guest”?
No. You will need to sign up for an account before being able to make a purchase on our platform.
Do I need a License purchase Restricted Use Pesticides (RUP)?
Yes. A Private Pesticide Applicators License is required to purchase Restricted Use Pesticides. We will not sell Restricted Used Pesticides without a valid, up to date license. We collect this information when you set up an account and validate once in our system.
How do I learn more about the products listed Expect More Ag Network website?
We provide a link to product Specimen Labels and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) sheets on all chemical products on our website. For all non-chemical products, we provide a link to the technical sheets with product specifications.
Do you ship the exact product listed on the Expect More Ag Network website?
Yes. The Expect More Ag Network intends to deliver the exact product ordered. Should a situation arise where we are unable to deliver the exact product ordered, we will call you directly and offer an alternative brand as a substitute.
What if I am looking for a product not currently listed on your website?
The Expect More Ag Network strives to offer a wide range of products across multiple categories. Should you not find what you are looking for click on our "Contact" tab and complete the general inquiries page.
Who do I contact with customer service and customer support questions?

What is your Customer Service/Customer Support hours?
We are open Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm CST and Saturday 9am to 12pm CST. We monitor text and emails during and outside of our stated business hours.
What if I have an issue with the delivery of my products?
We work closely with our LTL delivery partners to ensure delivery is as hassle free as possible. Should you have an issue with a shipment call or text Brian Zeeb @ 618-322-8671. See our “Shipping & Delivery” section for more information.
What payment options does the Expect More Ag Network offer?
The Expect More Ag Network currently accepts Credit Card, ACH Direct Debit, and Check payments. We work with Zoho Payments to complete our ACH Direct Debit and Credit Card payment options. Customers paying with Credit Card or ACH Direct Debit will select the "Pay Now" button at checkout for an encrypted and secure payment link to complete their purchase. For customers wanting to utilize Pay By Check, follow the instruction at checkout and mail payment to The Expect More Ag Network. Note: All Check payments are due within 10 business days of placing the order. Unpaid orders after 10 days are subject to cancellation. Orders are not available for pickup or shipment until paid in full.
What if I want to utilize my John Deere Financial (JDF) financing account?
We currently do not accept JDF as a form of payment through our ecommerce platform. Should you want to make a purchase with your JDF account, we are a JDF Merchant. Contact Brian Zeeb at brian@expectmoreag.com or by phone at 618-322-8671. We can provide you a quote based on available JDF Programs.
Is there a fee to pay with a credit card?
Yes. The Expect More Ag Network charges a 3% credit card processing fee. There is no fee to pay by ACH.
Is there a fee to pay with John Deere Financial account?
Note: We currently do not accept JDF on our ecommerce platform. Should you want to utilize your JDF account, we are John Deere Financial Merchant and can work with you outside of our ecommerce platform.
The cost of these programs varies based upon the program terms itself and prevailing interest rates. We provide the most popular options for our customers to utilize. For more information contact Brian Zeeb at brian@expectmoreag.com or 618-322-8671.
What options are available to receive my order?
The Expect More Ag Network offers our customers the option to pick up their order at one of our Network Partner locations or have their order delivered directly to their farm.
Where is the closest Expect More Ag Network Warehouse to pick up my order?
Based upon a customer’s geographical location, our closest Network Partner Location and their contact information will show up on our home page. For additional information about our closest Network Partner Location check out our “About” section on our website. This section will list the warehouse address and warehouse contact information to schedule a pickup time.
Is there a cost to have my order shipped directly to my farm?
We provide free shipping on orders of $10,000.00 or more. Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will have a flat shipping fee of $350.00 added to their order at checkout.
How will my products be shipped?
If you elect to have your order shipped at checkout, products will be shipped using XPO Carriers. Note: Delivery drivers are not able to assist with unloading. Customers are responsible for unloading items from the delivery truck.
Will I be contacted prior to my order being shipped?
Yes. We will reach out to you to schedule the delivery and provide a delivery window. We will also provide the driver with your phone number and request they contact you 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled delivery window.
How soon will my order be ready for either pick up or delivery?
Orders placed December through February will be available for pickup or delivery after March 1st. Orders placed after March 1st will be based upon product availability. We will contact you once orders are fulfilled and available for pick up or delivery. We expedite in-season orders quickly and communicate accordingly.
Do all products need to be paid for prior to pick up or delivery?
Yes. We will not schedule delivery or load a customer until their account has been paid for in full.
What is the Expect More Ag Network’s return policy?
All Expect More Ag Network sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will be processed for items that are damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the delivery driver must note on the delivery receipt the specific damage or incorrect product delivered. Customer needs to contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving their order.
Does the Expect More Ag Network offer any product guarantee?
The Expect More Ag Network does not guarantee product performance. We do not provide resprays or participate in manufacturer rebates. If products purchased through the Expect More Ag Network appear to be of poor quality, please contact customer service to document the issue. We will evaluate the situation and potentially send a replacement product.
